REFUND POLICY

We will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages from the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 14 days from the receipt of original order. Once 14 days from the receipt of original order has passed we can no longer offer any refunds or exchanges . Items must also be returned with all their original packaging.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs but if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) we will refund the costs back into your credit card account. We also recommend sending your returned items back to us with tracking, as we are not responsible for anything that gets lost during transit. 

 

How to Return or Exchange Your Order:

To request for a refund or exchange please contact us via hello@elleriebeauty.com with:

  • Proof of purchase ( receipt / order number).
  • An image of the item you are returning.
  • Reason for your return or exchange (please specify which).

 

Returns

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchange

We only do exchanges on items that is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). This means the item can only be exchanged for a new version of the same item purchased.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have waited up to two weeks, have checked your bank account regularly, have contacted your credit card company, have contacted your bank and you have still not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@elleriebeauty.com.
